Was met immediately for the visit. Questions asked pertaining to the visit. Tech was very thorough and helpful. Helen the vet came in. She was cautious about the nature of Lily being unfriendly. Lily was not. So the exam went smoothly and treatments were prescribed. What a very nice experience from check in thru check out.Thank you team East Longmeadow for a comfortable, great experience. Sincerely you are all the best. God's blessings to you all. Keep up the outstanding work 👏.

Monday I had to make the hardest decisions. I had euthanize by beloved dog of 17 yrs phoenix. She had been struggling with arthritis and now was having difficulty moving and she was in so much pain. From the moment I made the call to the time phoenix got her wings, the staff was very supportive in helping work through this difficult situation. They should compassion for me and my dog phoenix. They made sure that the process was done with a lot of care. They explained ever step and allowed me to take the time I needed with phoenix before saying my fine goodbye. I am thankful for their care and understanding.

Honey was a patient of theirs for almost six years. From day one they showed nothing but care and concern for her with every visit as if she was their personal pet. They always recommended the best, affordable care and treatment available. There was never any pressure or feeling of just trying to get me to spend more money. When she became terminal they walked me though the process of what to do. Even on her last day with me, they helped me prepare her for the rainbow road. Getting a card from the entire staff with condolences hit me right in the feels. THANK YOU ELAH

Everyone at East Longmeadow Animal Hospital are so nice and helpful! As a first time puppy owner I was very nervous choosing the right vet, and I most certainly have. My puppy loves coming here because they make sure the dog enjoys the experience they have there (this picture attached is proof). Would recommend any pet owner to come here! Very accommodating hours as well to get your pet into the vet.
