Question 1

Can I get a diagnosis or prescription over the phone?

Accepted Answer

A diagnosis can only be made after a thorough physical exam by a veterinarian. Kingdom Animal Hospital cannot legally or safely prescribe medication without first examining your pet.

Question 2

Why are annual wellness exams so important?

Accepted Answer

Kingdom Animal Hospital advises annual wellness exams since they are crucial for your pet's long-term health. They allow us to establish a baseline for your pet's health, monitor for early signs of disease, and keep their vaccinations and parasite prevention up to date.

Question 3

What payment options do you accept?

Accepted Answer

Kingdom Animal Hospital accepts cash, major credit cards/debit cards as well as financing options such as Care Credit.

Question 4

Do I need to make an appointment?

Accepted Answer

Yes, Kingdom Animal Hospital sees patients by appointment to ensure each pet receives the time and attention they need. We do our best to accommodate walk-ins, but we recommend calling in advance to schedule a visit to reduce your wait time.
